High up. With 269 shower solutions from DUSCHOLUX.

In the late 19th century, Vulcan AG, the Schweizerische Automobil & Motorboot Fabrik AG, built its workshops on Vulkanstrasse 110, directly opposite the railway line in Zurich-Altstetten. They manufactured cars, motorboats, trucks and buses.

After rapid growth around the turn of the century, the company disappeared after the First World War. However, the buildings were not demolished until 1984. With the project "Vulcano - vertical living" in 2018, Altstetten received a new, all-encompassing landmark on this site: Three slender 80-meter residential towers.

The apartments are designed for self-confident, digitally-affine people who know what they want: Anything. DUSCHOLUX took over the project planning, measurement and execution of the bathrooms. We installed 269 shower enclosures from the Bella Vita product world as a corner entry and niche solution and 148 room dividers with laminated safety glass. Each room was measured individually and we manufactured the products individually and to measure.
