The 4VIERTEL urban and architectural ensemble was created in Emmenbrücke in the LuzernNord area between 2020 and 2023. As a whole, the four characteristic buildings included in the project span an arc from the past into the future. The architectural signature echoes the industrial character of the area, while at the same time focussing on new urban qualities with squares and alleys running between the buildings.
The 192 apartments with one and a half to five and a half rooms, studios and lofts are all built according to the greenproperty and Minergie sustainability standards. When it comes to longevity, the residential units have a high standard of finish, which is evident, for example, in solid, oiled oak parquet flooring and in wet rooms with high-quality shower walls from DUSCHOLUX.
