How can we help you? If you’d like, our Duscholux customer services team can take care of all your measuring and installation needs and after-sales services. Your local specialist retailer has to instruct Duscholux to do this. Please note that your specialist retailer remains your contractual partner. For measurement and installation, the bathroom must be tiled and/or the shower tray must have been fully installed by the specialist tradesman.
Nobody is perfect and sometimes things can go wrong. We understand this – even though we use high-quality materials, employ the best possible workmanship and apply the strictest quality controls. You can find answers to many questions in our tolerances manual (download).
