QUADRILL Tower

At the architecturally striking QUADRILL Tower in Linz, DUSCHOLUX demonstrates its reliability as a partner for large-scale projects. As early as the initial planning phase in 2022, we provided personal consultation to the client. In close collaboration, we developed a tailored overall concept, supported the sampling process in our showroom, and delivered a solution that convinces down to the smallest detail. In 2025, DUSCHOLUX installed more than 190 shower enclosures, including Classic 3 (Optima 6C) and Classic 3C.

In the heart of the Tabakfabrik in Linz, the QUADRILL Tower represents a major urban development project: a modern building ensemble featuring a 109-metre tower that already shapes the skyline of the Upper Austrian capital. The district combines working, living and experiencing in a dynamic mixed-use concept. In addition to office space, the development includes a hotel, gastronomy, retail and residential units, complemented by public areas and attractive connections to the surrounding area. The project is regarded as a new landmark location and contributes to the dynamic further development of the Tabakfabrik area in Linz.
