We require the guarantee number from you in order to correctly allocate your DUSCHOLUX product. You can find this under the DUSCHOLUX-Clip on your product (in blue or black type).
CareTec Pro
If you ever require any spare parts for catalogue products, you can rely on an after-sales guarantee of ten years. If you’ve opted for surface coating with DUSCHOLUX CareTec® Pro, our CareTec® Pro guarantee applies. The easy-to-clean function guarantee is valid for five years and there is ten years’ protection against glass corrosion.
Spare parts
We only use high-quality and long-lasting materials for our products. Some components, such as plastic seal profiles and water-repellent strips are, however, prone to age-related wear and tear. They therefore have to be replaced every once in a while. Wearing parts are not covered by the guarantee.
